Site Visit Day
27 June 2016 Page 1 of 1
Location:
All Attending: We will meet at the parking lot next to the Lancer Gate on Douglas Blvd no later than 9:00 am CST on Monday, June 27th, 2016. Carrie Brown (Contracting Specialist ) will pick you up, give you a quick briefing, and escort you on base to the proper location.
Once on base we will go to Building 2280 where the requirements for the Removal of Two (2) Overhead Bridge Cranes are located. There you will meet the Subject Matter Expert (SME), Justin Helps, and will show what they are expecting to be done.
Response:
RSVP by: 23 June 2016 Send RSVP to: carrie.brown.8@us.af.mil
For convenience, please give me your point of contact's name and number of persons coming from your company, along with cell phone numbers, in case someone gets lost or is running behind. This will cut down the confusion on what number to call.
What to bring:
Form of ID to get on base: (Driver's License) Safety Glasses Hearing Protection (ear plugs) Gloves (just in case) Pen Paper
Please note: Any and all questions regarding this requirement will need to be put down in writing and sent to Carrie Brown at the email address stated above. Questions will be sent to the subject matter expert (SME), and when answered, will be posted on FedBizOps (FBO) for all interested parties to see.
This site visit is intended to give possible sources an opportunity to see the requirement up close, to get a better understanding of the location and geographics of the equipment, to aid in the submission of a more accurate quote.
Respectfully, Keith Russ Contracting Specialist
