The Manufacturer's Data is interpreted as all technical data used to support the return to service of an article. This list includes, but is not limited to: 1) Manufacturer's drawings; 2) Manufacturer's parts list; 3) Manufacturer's planning; 4) Standard Operating Procedures; 5) Technical specifications; 6) Repair documentation including maintenance manuals, general practices, service bulletins and service planning and 7) Standard Repair Procedures to ensure the end item(s) is restored to completely serviceable condition. Some units of items listed in Section B may, upon disassembly and/or inspection, be determined to be beyond the repairable limits specified in the work Specification and/or Technical Orders. Any cost for work performed by the Contractor, prior to determination that such equipment is beyond these limits, shall be included in the unit price(s) of the items.
The Best Estimated Quantities (BEQs) set forth in Section B of this contract represent the estimated total annual quantity the Government expects to generate and place orders for repair. Failure of the Government to furnish such units in the amounts or quantities described in the schedule will not entitle the contractor to any equitable adjustment in price. Condemned units will not be counted towards repair quantities; condemned units will be counted towards Teardown, Test and Evaluation quantities. This requirement will have a one-year ordering period with four one-year options.
DELIVERY: As mentioned above, the BEQs set forth in Section B of this contract represent the estimated total annual quantities the Government expects to generate and place orders for repair. Each line item in Section B lists the BEQs for each repair service for NSN for the specified ordering periods. The actual Delivery Schedule will be established on each issued Task Order.
A Task Order for Teardown, Test and Evaluation (TT&E) with Common Repairs will be issued first. A TT&E report which itemizes repair services needed to restore the unit to serviceable condition is required for each PMC unit.
Required delivery of TT&E Report is a minimum quantity of six (6) each every 45 calendar days after receipt of order or PMC units, whichever is later. Early Delivery is acceptable and encouraged. Units which Pass All Tests (PAT) will be returned to Government after completion of Teardown, Test and Evaluation.
For those units requiring repair services in excess of the Common Repairs, the Government will issue a separate funded modification to the Task Order to authorize the contractor to perform additional necessary repairs to return units to serviceable condition. Required delivery of all repaired units is a minimum quantity of six (6) each every forty-five (45) calendar days after receipt of task order modifications authorizing the repairs or receipt of PMC units, whichever is later. Early deliveries are encouraged and acceptable.

Repair of the F108 Power Management Control The PMC is an electronic over-ride on the hydromechanical MEC which sets fan corrected speed as a function of the power lever angle (PLA). The PMC also provides protection against excessive fan and core speed, and reduces transient EGT overshoot. The PMC is a modular solid-state electronic device. The PMC interprets signals from the sensors and MEC and sends control signals to the MEC and airplane cockpit.
