SUPPLIES OR SERVICES AND PRICES/COSTS
This requirement is for the remanufacture of F110-100 FDT Sensors. The government plans to award an indefinite delivery/requirements contract for the supplies/services specified in schedule B.
This is a Contractor Furnished Material (CFM) contract. The contractor shall furnish required labor, facilities, and material to accomplish the test, preservation, remanufacture, packaging, and return of completely serviceable items to each country's inventory.
The Best Estimated Quantities (BEQs) set forth in Section B of this solicitation represent the estimated total annual quantity the Government expects to generate and place orders for remanufacture. Failure of the Government to furnish such items in the amounts or quantities described in the schedule will not entitle the contractor to any equitable adjustment in price. Condemned items will not be counted as production. This requirement will have a one-year basic with four one-year option period.
DELIVERY: As mentioned above, the BEQs set forth in Section B of this section represent the estimated total annual quantities the Government expects to generate and place orders for remanufacture. Each line item in Section B lists the BEQs for each NSN for the specified ordering periods; although the actual Delivery Schedule will be established on each issued Delivery Order. Early deliveries are encourage and acceptable.
NOTES:
1. Some units of items listed below may, upon disassembly and/or inspection, be determined to be beyond repirable limits specified in the Work Specification and/or Technical Orders. Any cost for work performed by the Contractor, prior to determination that such equipment is beyond repairable limits, shall be included in the unit price(s) of the listed item(s). CONDEMNED UNITS WILL NOT BE COUNTED
AS PRODUCTION.
2. GOVERNMENT PROPERTY FURNISHED FOR REMANUFACTURE. (IAW 16.503(c)) Failure of the Government to furnish such items in the amounts or quantities described in the Schedule as "estimated" or "maximum" will not entitle the contractor to any equitable adjustment in price under the Government Property clause of the contract. The only GFP on this contract will be the reparable assets sent remanufacture.
