NSN: 2840005296202RV

2nd Stage Turbine Blade Set is 16.8000 inches long, .7000 inches wide, .7000 inches in height, and weighs .5000 pounds. Item material is PWA686 Cobalt. Item attaches to the second stg disk and helps in directing of hot gases aftward of the engine and helps in the movement of the LSC.

3rd Stage Turbine blades are 7.5000 inches long, 1.5000 inches wide, 1.0000 inches in height, and weighs 3.0000 pounds. Item material is PWA 655 (INCONEL 713) Nickle Allow Coating is PWA 694. 3rd stage blades are installed on 3rd stg. Turbine disk, as super heated air hits the blade along with the 2nd stg and 4th stg blades help in aiding power to the lowspeed compressor.

4rd Stage Turbine blade set is 10.0000 inches long, 1.5000 inches wide, 1.5000 inches in height, and weighs 1.0000 pounds. Item material is PWA 686. 4rd stage blade set consists of two equallymoment weighed blades made of PWA 686 (was Poloy) Machined Forgings are precision machined to critical limits. The blade is attached to the disk by serrations. Application is TF33 all EN.

Early delivery is acceptable. IPE is required.

11. UID: If unit price exceeds $5,000, then UID requirements will apply.

12. Qualification Requirements: Sources must be qualified prior to being considered for award.

To be eligible for contract award, the offeror must be an approved source IAW FAR 52.209-1, Qualification Requirements. The Government is not required to delay contract award to review pending Source Approval Requests (SARs). Therefore, offerors are encouraged to submit SARs as soon as possible. If the Government has not completed review of a SAR when the contract is awarded, the SAR will be retained and the source will be reviewed as a possible source for future awards.
