Q1: 1.1 - 9, What unaffected electrical systems will need to be checked to make sure they are working correctly?
A1: With the air-conditioning system running, will acquire known data before and during operation to make sure no transient spikes are present......we have a large transient protection transformer that will handle, largest concern is for compressor start up while data is being acquired......hence the constant run requirement
Q2: Will the base shops disable the fire alarm suppression system before & after construction along with any testing required?
A2: The Government will disable fire suppression system before and after work
Q3: Copy of the owner's manual
A3: See the attachments within the package.
Q4: Do we have to ship that unit both to California and back or do we only pay for one way?
A4: Per PWS paragraph 1.0: “The Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, materials, transportation, supervision, and associated items associated with this contract. The Contractor shall be responsible for shipping the PHSTS from Palmdale, CA to Tinker AFB building 1027 for modification to the HVAC system and then return the PHSTS back to Palmdale, CA.
