Itemized man-hour and cost expenditure incurred for the reporting period by category and task, total contractual expenditures, and funds remaining as of the reporting date.”)

a. Replacement employees could result in changes in monthly billing; this helps to document what occurred during the month for audit purposes

33) The technical volume is limited to fifteen (15) pages. Are the resumes part of that 15 page limit?

a. No, the resumes are separate and up to 4 pages each.
34) Is the page limit for Relevant Past Performance 4 pages per contract or 4pages total? If it is 4 pages per contract, is there a limit on the number ofpast performance contracts that can be submitted?

a. Four pages total; not four pages per contract.

How do we “name” an electronic file submission that is sanitized and yet still identifiable by the government without having our company name in the file name?

a. You should send two electronic files (emails)—one will contain all unsanitized documents as attachments, and one will contain all sanitized documents as attachments.
