About this file
This document is a Questions and Government Responses file for a Department of the Air Force Solicitation (#FA706025Q0025) for OSI Office Furniture at Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling in Washington DC. The solicitation involves furnishing and installing office furniture, with key requirements including submission of a floor plan design with the price proposal, working hours limited to 0800-1500 hours Monday-Friday, and a 120-day performance period after contract award. Contractors must have Real ID Act compliant identification to access the base and are expected to provide floor protection during installation.
Specific furniture requirements include specifying a Solve task chair in the Fraud room with seat sliders for each chair. The government will not replace existing cubicles on the main floor, and the removal of existing items will be handled by OSI. Contractors can use a side door leading to interview and observation rooms, stage a 26-foot box truck on the southside of the parking lot near the dumpster, and utilize placarded parking spaces for unloading. A complete floor plan design is mandatory and will be a critical factor in award consideration.
