Shipping and handling costs will be reimbursed in full by the Government.Comment by MCCLURE, JEFFREY D CIV USAF ACC 707 FSS/FSV: We pay re-imburse for parts for service calls and PM, right? Not just service calls.Comment by RANCOURT, BRENDA M CIV USAF ACC 707 FSS/FSVF: The $1750 we pay for PM’s include materials and parts needed.Comment by LUTES, ZACHARY J TSgt USAF ACC 16 AF/AMIC Det 2 PK: This section needs to be re-written or broken into two sections. There needs to be a clear delineation of who pays for what for both PMs and Service Calls. Recommend just writing one paragraph for service calls and one for PMs.

The report shall include the following: Comment by MCCLURE, JEFFREY D CIV USAF ACC 707 FSS/FSV: The reports for both are almost identical. Could you combine PM and Corrective into one item? Actually, PM doesn’t have “Itemized list of parts…” but PM can include replacing parts as noted in 7.1.4.3. So, both report types can be combined into one section. Comment by RANCOURT, BRENDA M CIV USAF ACC 707 FSS/FSVF: No, I do not want to combine them. I want them clearly defined to prevent problems like we have with the contract now. Comment by RANCOURT, BRENDA M CIV USAF ACC 707 FSS/FSVF: We do not pay for parts under PM’s only on service calls. Comment by LUTES, ZACHARY J TSgt USAF ACC 16 AF/AMIC Det 2 PK: Define FCD

It does reiterate what is already stated. Comment by LUTES, ZACHARY J TSgt USAF ACC 16 AF/AMIC Det 2 PK: Remove section but add last sentence to 6.3. While a requirement, it should not be a part of acceptance criteria unless listed as a performance standard.

However, if we keep this then please mention it is the contractors responsibility to transport the equipment to and from.
