3.10 The section references XML, ontologies and semantic models; but current direction is to stop doing that as part of the COI process. Should we interpret this relative to enterprise architecture needs?
The intent was to have access to skills, but concur the Air Force has paused on developing ontologies and semantic models. This work is better interpreted as relevant to broader enterprise architecture.
Wording in the PWS will be adjusted to better clarify this.

1.4.5 This seems to be a reference
to the work being performed under the DIA SITE Executive Expertise contract. Is this requirement still anticipated for
BETA?
This is distinct from the DIA SITE Executive Expertise work. Metrics under that contract is specific to IT capability delivery. Performance measurement in context of the BETA work is broader business performance and outcome measures spanning areas SAF/US(M) compiles quarterly for Air Force senior leaders: Cost of Business Operation;
Productivity Improvements;
Innovation; and Process Measurement.
