1. Is the USAF wanting a high vacuum coater or a low vacuum coater option?
Please reference the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Section II, Paragraph 3, Basis for Award for evaluation criteria. Additionally, FAR 52.212-1(e) states, “Offerors are encouraged to submit multiple offers presenting alternative terms and conditions, including alternative line items, or alternative commercial products or commercial services for satisfying the requirements of this solicitation. Each offer will be evaluated separately.”
