SOLICITATION: FA670325Q0022
Audiometric Booths: Question and Answers
1. How many days will the contractor be allowed to complete the job if awarded the contract?
a. Period of Performance defined as 120days ARO
2. Exact dimensions of the existing 6-station booth.
a. Exterior: 108in L, 96 1/4 in W, 88in H
b. Interior: 90 3/4in L, 88 ¼ W, 78in H
3. Approximate weight of the existing booth.
a. Unknown, approximately 5000 - 7000 lbs.
4. Availability of loading docks at the site for transportation.
a. There is one loading dock at the front of the building that can be used, the booth is located at the back of the building and there is a small loading dock that is closer to it on the side of the building the only caveat being that loading dock does not have a ramp.
5. The path that the booth would need to travel to exit the building.
a. As the current booth is made of interconnected panels any path can be used based on what is deemed the easiest. Realistically the easiest way would be to use the side doors that is located closest to the booths once the booth is disassembled.
6. Pictures of the existing audiometric booth (if available).
a. Please see attached for the photos
7. Diagram of the Booth: Could you please provide a diagram or technical drawing of the audiometric booth to help us understand the placement and layout of its components? This will allow us to better prepare for installation requirements.
a. No, there are no diagrams available.
8. Photograph of the Booth (if available): While not essential, a photo of the booth would be helpful to supplement the diagram and provide additional visual reference.

9. Project Time Window: Could you clarify the time window allotted for this project?
Specifically, when the installation is expected to begin and the anticipated date for completion.

10. Site Visit Availability: Is the site available for a pre-proposal or pre-installation visit? If so, we would appreciate if you could provide guidance on preferred dates or procedures for scheduling.
a. Pre-installation visit would be permitted, upon award a date and time would be agreed upon. Process includes completing DARB4 which includes Name, DOB, Driver License, Last 4 SSN for background check. For day of visit, an escort would meet you at the gate to bring you to clinic.
