All requirements are to be accomplished in accordance with Attachment 1: Drawings, Dobbins Air Reserve Base, Georgia, Repair Transient Parking ramp, 2048, Project No. FGWB16-0020, Final Design Submittal, 68 pages (16 August 2019); and Attachment 2: Specifications, Repair Transient Parking Ramp 2048, Specifications- Final Design Submittal, 483 pages (16 August 2019).
Requirements This project encompasses the work necessary to provide full depth doweled joint replacement of portland cement concrete slabs with longitudinal or transverse cracks at Transient Parking Ramp approximately 63,600 square yards (SY) in accordance with UFC 3-260-02, Pavement Design for Airfields, dated 30 June 2001; and approximately 12,000 cubic yards (CY) of unsuitable soil. The unsuitable soil shall not exceed an approximate amount identified for each phase (See Section B, CLINs 0002, 0004, and 0006). The project will also install anchors/mooring points IAW Technical Order (TO) 1C 130H2-00GE-00-1. Replacement slabs should be designed to support both MV-22 and C-17 aircraft.

WIDE AREA WORKFLOW PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS (DEC 2018)
(a) As used in this clause- Definitions.
"Department of Defense Activity Address Code (DoDAAC)" is a six position code that uniquely identifies a unit, activity, or organization.
"Document type" means the type of payment request or receiving report available for creation in Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF).
"Local processing office (LPO)" is the office responsible for payment certification when payment certification is done external to the entitlement system.
"Payment request" and "receiving report" are defined in the clause at 252.232-7003, Electronic Submission of Payment Requests and Receiving Reports.
(b) The WAWF system provides the method to electronically process vendor payment requests and receiving reports, as Electronic invoicing.

(c) To access WAWF, the Contractor shall- WAWF access.

(d) The Contractor should follow the training instructions of the WAWF Web-Based Training Course and use the Practice WAWF training.
