FA6675-22-R-00007 Q&A from RFI’s Dated: 26 July 2022

RFI#01

Question 1: Can CPARS be submitted instead of PPQs, if available?

Government Answer: No. Final assessment reports in CPARS are already available to the Government. Therefore, submitting a CPAR in lieu of a PPQ is unnecessary since this past performance information is already available to the Government.

Also, Section L states that the offeror shall send out PPQs to references to complete and forward the questionnaire responses to the Contracting Office. Furthermore, Section L states that the Government reserves the right to use information obtained from available sources to evaluate past performance. Submitting a PPQ when a CPAR is available may provide valuable insight for evaluating past performance even if the PPQ mirrors the CPAR.

RFI#02

Question 1: The RFP gives a 20 page limit for Volume II. Does this include sub factor 2- Company Experience? Is there a minimum or maximum amount of pages for each project given as part of sub factor 2- Company Experience?

Government Answer: The RFP gives a 20 page limit for Volume II, and this includes sub factor 2- Company Experience. There is not a minimum or maximum amount of pages indicated in Section L for each project given as part of sub factor 2- Company Experience.
