ADDENDUM #1
Repair Replace Utility Poles, RVKQ 17-0717
Description:
Please incorporate the following changes:
- Pole # 39: Current description: Replace pole, replace light fixture.
o Addendum: Replace pole remains in the scope. Replace the light fixture is removed from the scope.
- Pole #51-1: Current description: Remove pole, Remove siren and wiring back to source.
o Addendum: Pole removal is removed from the scope. Remove siren and wiring back to electrical panel at the bottom of the pole.
- Pole #85: Current description: Remove Pole o Addendum: Pole removal is removed from the scope.
- Pole #94: Current description: Ground braids need tape, Triplex is bad.
o Addendum: Ground braids need tape is to remain in scope. Triplex is bad (replacement) is removed from scope.
- Pole 95-2: Current description: Triplex shot.
o Addendum: Triplex replacement is removed from the scope.
- Pole 95-3: Current description: Triplex shot, gasket in GPS station deteriorated.
o Addendum: Triplex replacement is removed from the scope. Gasket replacement is removed from the scope.
- Pole 95-4: Current description: Triplex shot.
o Addendum: Triplex replacement is removed from the scope.
- Pole 107: Current description: Could use its own transformer to feed 612, triplex is maxed out.
o Addendum: Item is removed from the scope.
- Pole 144-1: Current description: Triplex feeding quarters bad. Tree needs trim.
o Addendum: Triplex replacement is removed from the scope. Tree trimming is removed from scope.
- Pole 0-3: Current description: Needs back guy wire pole leaning due to heavy comm. cable. Loose hardware.
o Addendum: Contractor is to size, locate and install a new guy wire and anchor to stabilize the pole. The contractor will coordinate the location of the new guy wire and anchor system with NFARS CE. Pole has loose hardware.
