Question:

Is there an incumbent on this contract? If so, who is the incumbent and what is the contract number?

Answer:

Yes. On Demand, FA665620A0002.

For the periodic weekend on-sites outlined in section II, number 9, can the government provide a list of the specific services required during those sessions? Or can contractors specifically exclude certain services that are more cumbersome to provide on-site, for example Chest Radiograph (X-Ray) services.

Yes – the chest x-ray can be excluded. In about 90% of the cases, we would be talking blood draws WITH courier to their lab and Spirometry if needed.

In Section II, number 9, the sentence reads “for approximately 20 Individuals Saturdays between 9:30AM -12:00PM” - does this indicate testing may be required for 20 individuals total over the course of the year, or that exams will be required on 20 Saturdays?

Testing would be required for approximately 20 individual people on Saturdays between 9:30AM -12:00PM on UTA weekends.

Is the government’s intention still to purchase these services with Government Purchase Card (GPC)-VISA?

Yes, the government’s intention is still to purchase these services through Government Purchase Card (GPC).
