Q&A
SUBJECT: Solicitation FA664824Q0010
1. For Parts/Repairs pricing, I understand it should not exceed $30,000. Is it for the total amount to provide repairs for a month or year? What are we quoting for 30,000 each?
A. The Contractor will not fill in any pricing for CLIN 0002. CLIN 0002 is for all repairs IAW the attached PWS. This CLIN has a Not to Exceed Amount of $30,000 which means that for the entire year corresponding with CLIN 0002, CLIN 1002, CLIN 2002, etc. $30,000 will be the ceiling amount that can be used for repairs for that entire year. For example, if repair costs for a treadmill costs $1,000, a task order will be issued for $1,000 and the remaining amount of $29,000 is left for possible repairs.
