Government Response: This solicitation is for the HVAC IDIQ with a ceiling of $4.5M (the basic contract) and the SEED project for B191. Contractors will provide pricing and projected schedules for the B191 SEED project to comply with the requirements of this solicitation. Our selected awardee, based on the requirements of this solicitation and evaluation criteria established within this solicitation will be awarded the HVAC IDIQ Basic contract and the first task order for the seed project for B191.
