1. What is the fiber type requirement (OM2, OM3, 0M4, OM5)?

A: The contractor may use the following HTML links as a reference only. These are illustrated materials/hardware needed for this project.

Materials and prices are subjected to change without advice or notice from the vendors.

2. What are the core diameter requirements (62 micron or 50 micron)?

A: 62.5/125 Micron

3. Is there existing cable tray that can be utilized for horizontal runs?

A: Yes

4. Will new rough-in conduit/boxes for the work-area drops or will existing drop conduit be re-used?

A: re-use the 4" square box with single gang plaster ring, flush mounted in wall and the 1" conduit to telecomm room or to cable tray in corridor.

5. Can I get a picture of the existing racks (for rack spacing availability) in the MDF/TR/IDF/Comm Rooms?

R: No, You can visually inspect the site during the walk-thru.

2nd question:

Is there or will there be any drawings to get an idea off cable lengths and routes?

R: No drawings, You can visually inspect the site and take measurements during the walk-thru.

3rd question:

The attached file only provides basic information on scope for the secure vault work. There are no other details provided for the other areas specified in the scope, and no drawings that show the facilities layout, and distances of where services need to be installed.

Can requirement details for these areas (in question) be provided?

A: Refer to the attached facilities layout. Drawing is not to scale as it only serves as a general planning purpose. Distances are subjected to change based upon a contractor walk-through. Any distances provided in this Drawing are approximations and should NOT be used for ordering materials or determining lengths. Contractors will be required to determining lengths during the site walk-through.
