Combined Synopsis/Soliciation: FA6633-18-Q-0002

Questions and Answers:

Q: Can the providers work remotely if the contractor shows past and current performance in provider Case Management Records Review remotely?

A: Remote work is not authorized.

Q: What are the hours and days for the 16 hours? Can the provider work weekends if remotely?

A: M-F 730- 430pm, remote is not authorized.

Q. How do we present a Fully Completed NRSM (Narrative Summary) if the provider does not have access to the system records?

A: The provider will have access to the system records when security clearance is granted. If there are hiccups in the granting of access, the provider will work directly with Air Reserve Technician (ART) med techs during each case.

Q. Is the Provider required to write the NRSM cases or Review the NRSM records which are already reviewed prior to submitting to AFRC?

A: They are required to write the NARSUM based off medical records.

Q. Days/Hours: Is the provider required to work M-F 730- 430pm for 16 hours in Minneapolis?

A. Yes.

Q. Will AFRC be willing to use telecommuters to fulfull the 16 hours a month requirement?

A. No
