The following questions were raised by a perspective vendor:

1. While the Performance Work Statement requires the use of the mechanical drill seeding method, we would like to inquire if there is any flexibility to use alternative methods such as aeration and overseeding?

We cannot use a substitute for the specified drill seeders because other methods would not place the grass seed at the precise depth below grade to insure proper germination.
