About this file
This document is a Solicitation Amendment for a Request for Quote (RFQ) related to a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Analytical Laboratory Testing of Samples collected on Westover ARB. The amendment modifies details such as the response due date, payment method, and pricing format. The BPA will be a firm-fixed price award under FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. It is a 100% small business set-aside for NAICS code 541380 - Testing Laboratories and Services. The RFQ requires vendors to provide pricing for various EPA and Standard Method analytical testing services, as well as sample pickup and delivery. Vendors must submit quotes via email by 12:00 PM EDT on July 12, 2024. The government will evaluate quotes on a lowest price technically acceptable basis.
