About this file

This document contains responses to contractor questions regarding Solicitation FA660623R0002 for repair of the HVAC system in Building 1510 at Warren Air Force Base. The solicitation involves installing split system air conditioning units in three file server rooms located along the north wall of the building. The base will provide escorting as needed during construction and no special permits are required. There are no known hazardous materials and sufficient electrical capacity exists to support the additional AC loads. The building will remain occupied during the project work. Commissioning of the new file server room HVAC systems will be through the base's EMCS, but third party commissioning is not specifically called out.
