About this file

This document is a Statement of Work (SOW) for the FY24 Dorm Surveillance System Upgrade project. The SOW outlines the scope of work, specifications, and requirements for the contractor to install 340 CCTV cameras in 9 dormitory buildings on the installation. Key details include:

The contractor will provide all labor, materials, tools, and equipment to install the cameras, which must meet specific technical requirements such as vandal-resistance, color video, megapixel, Power over Ethernet, and day/night functionality. The contractor is responsible for any damages to government property during installation and for disposing of debris. After installation, the government will perform an acceptance inspection. The contract includes a 1-year warranty on parts and labor. The SOW references an attached material list and specification sheet, as well as building floor plans to identify camera locations. The work will be performed during normal business hours, Monday through Friday. The contractor must adhere to installation security policies and standards of conduct.

The SOW supports a federal contract opportunity issued by the Department of the Air Force United States Air Forces in Europe - Air Forces Africa (USAFE-AFAFRICA) to refresh the dorm camera security system. The solicitation is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for commercial items. Funding is not yet available, and the government reserves the right to cancel the solicitation.
