In addition to the following addendum, all terms and conditions of Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) 52.212-1 remain in effect. The following is tailored to this acquisition and is hereby added via addendum:

Clarification of language used: This solicitation is a request for quote (RFQ). If appearing in this solicitation, the terms "RFP" shall mean "RFQ", the words "proposal" or "offer" shall mean "quote", the word "offeror" shall mean "quoter" and the word "contract" shall mean "purchase order.".

In order to be determined responsive, an offeror must submit all documentation to demonstrate the following:

Warranty: The quoter shall provide the applicable express warranties as a separate document that shall be included in the final contract by attachment.

Before the offer’s specified expiration time, the Government may accept an offer (or part of an offer), whether or not there are negotiations after its receipt, unless a written notice of withdrawal is received before award.
