Questions pertaining to CLIN 0002:
1. V-shape table: can you please send the size of the room in order to be sure the table plus the chairs will fit properly? Any color indication or material requirement? Is it possible to have a picture of the existing table in order to repeat style and features? Does the table need also cable glands, or recessed electrical sockets?
Answer 1: The room is 28 ft wide by 39 ft in length. We can provide pictures of the conference room and table if need be. The existing table has cable glands, recessed electrical sockets, USB and HDMI ports. The new one will need the same. We would like the color of the table and chairs to stay the same.
2. Podiums: desired feature or color?
Answer 2: It would be ideal for the podiums to be the same color as the table. The feature we are looking for is to be able to control presentations and view the main screen on the podiums. Briefers tend to have their back turned to the main screen and we would like to rectify that.
3. Repair current chairs: how many chairs to be repaired? Is there any picture of the existing chairs showing the type of damage and material?
