BASE CHAPEL SERVICES SOLICITATION Q&A

1. Question: Could you please tell me if this is a new requirement, or if there is a current or previous contractor who has performed similar services? If available, can you please send along the incumbent contract or task order number?

Response: The following are the positions and their respective contract number and entity names:

- Catholic Religious Education Coordinator: FA568217P0026/Mariana D. Browne

- Catholic Music Director: FA568217P0053/Dewis Antonel

- Protestant Religious Education Coordinator: FA568217P0025/Justine Taylor

- Protestant Music Director: FA568217P0063/Tara Gould

- Chapel Tithes and Offerings (CTOF) Account Manager: Aviano CTOF 14-09 (internal

Chapel contract)/Bertha R. Overman

2. Question: Five positions are listed in the PWS. Are all of the 5 positions currently filled? If so, what is the estimated DEROS for each person in their respective positions?

Response: All but 2 positions are currently filled (Catholic Music Director and Catholic RE

Coord). The Protestant Music Director and Protestant RE Coord contracts expire in 2020, once they expire there will be a need to fill them via this IDIQ. The CTOF accounts manager is currently set to expire around Apr/May 2019. The two vacant positions will be the first task order upon contract award. The Chapel has volunteers who have been filling these positions, you may contact SSgt Matthew Ritchie at 0039-0434-30-5211 or at matthew.ritchie.3@us.af.mil .

3. Question: Are the current employees interested and willing to remain in their position if the contract is acquired by another firm? If staff members are not interested in working for another company, do you know which positions will need to be filled?

Response: You may contact the POC at the Chapel (listed above) and request contract information for incumbents or potential candidates.

4. Question: Does the current staff meet all of the minimum requirements in their respective positions? If not, which position is not meeting the minimum education and experience requirements as stated in the RFP.

Response: The incumbents are meet the current specifications listed in the PWS.

5. Question: Is there current backup staff that are fully trained and prepared to fill in as needed?

Response: The Chapel staff tries to keep back-ups trained on a volunteer basis when they can.

6. Question: Do all of the positions require staff to have a CAC? If so, do all of the employees currently have a CAC? If not, which position does not require a CAC?

Response: Yes all positions require a CAC. Current employees have a CAC.

7. Question: Are there any known performance issues or challenges with the current contract? If so, please identify what the issues are.

Response: Current contract performance cannot be disclosed/discussed. You may reach out to

POC listed above to get incumbent contract information.

8. Question: What is the wage guidelines for non-military workers at Aviano or what is the GS equivalence for these respective positions?

Response: There are no wage guidelines for Aviano AB, Italy. The GS equivalence ranges from

GS-1 to GS-5, dependent on the position.
