After final acceptance by the COR, the “Daily Control Document” shall be verified and signed by both the COR and the contractor representative. A copy of the “Daily Control Document” will be provided to the contractor for their files.
2.3 In addition, a surveillance checklist will be used by the COR for all appliances inspected during a workday. The surveillance checklist documents the quantity of items being accepted, found defective and re-inspected, or if rejected the reason why. (See attachment No. 5, 5.1,5. “Appliance Cleaning Surveillance Checklist”). The Daily Control Document and the Appliance Cleaning Surveillance Checklist will be used to measure the performance objectives addressed in the Service Summary, paragraph 2.5.
