Additonal Questions received and our Answers on 25 May 2016:

Question 1:" We would like to find out if in the furniture proposal we are working on if we can use for certain items (not for chairs) chipboard (melamine faces) instead of veneered units."

Our Answer to Question 1:” The description states veneer so I feel we should stick with that. That is what we currently have in the dorms and we should try to stick with the same finish on the wood items. So I would say no chipboard (melamine) is not acceptable.”

Question 2: "We are working on the bid for the Dorn Furniture Solicitation #FA5613-16-R-0022. There are a couple of questions we have.

Could you please provide us with a photo of the front of the "filler box"?

We also need the dimensions of the filler box. You indicate that the combined length of the Drawer unit & filler box should be 68", we would like to know what the length is of each unit individually."

Our Answer to Question 2: “Here are some pics of our dorm furniture (see Attachement ‘Pictures Room Case Goods’). The measurement of the filler box is L24 1/8" X W 13 3/16" X H 16 9/16".”
