About this file
This Performance Work Statement (PWS) outlines requirements for repairing two aircraft deicing vehicles at Spangdahlem Air Base, Germany for the 52 LRS Vehicle Management flight. The work involves restoring the vehicles (registration numbers 18C00110 and 19C00058) to Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) status through repairs to be performed at Building 219 or surrounding compound at Spangdahlem AB.

The work includes performing full function and leak checks, changing filters and fluids, and disposing of waste products. Quotes must include total price with per-vehicle breakdown, contractor ability for synchronous repairs, and estimated completion time per vehicle. The government reserves the right to issue multiple awards, and additional repairs beyond those specified require separate approval and may result in new contracts through 52 CONS. All work must comply with U.S. Air Force Technical Order 36-1-191 and Global Ground Support manufacturer maintenance manuals.
