Q7: Please confirm if this service required full-time or part-time.
Government Response: The Government is requesting full-time.
Q8: In PWS page 11 under paragraph 5.2.7.5 it states: Accepts Work Environment/Physical

Please confirm another medical treatment facility means other Air Base in Germany or it is still within

Q10: I would like to confirm the evaluation sub-factor - Management Plan/Recruiting & Replacement Processes. Under PWS 1.5.1 Management Plan, it states here: The contractor shall provide a plan describing the inspection system for the requested services listed in the PWS.
Please confirm what is meant by the inspection system? What needs to be inspected?
Government Response: This is a commercial performance-based service contract. Government Response: IAW FAR 12.208, Contract quality assurance, Contracts for commercial products shall rely on contractors' existing quality assurance systems as a substitute for Government inspection and testing before tender for acceptance unless customary market practices for the commercial product being acquired include in-process inspection. Any in-process inspection by the Government shall be conducted in a manner consistent with commercial practice. The Government shall rely on the contractor to accomplish all inspection and testing needed to ensure that commercial services acquired conform to contract requirements before they are tendered to the Government. The offeror representative does not necessarily need to be on-site, as the Government will be assessing performance and quality based on the contractor’s existing inspection system/processes (i.e. the submitted Management Plan) along with the service standards set forth in the PWS Technical Exhibit 1, Service Delivery Summary.
