Question Answer
Since the contractor is going to move the furniture and/or other items out of the way, where will this be stored? If there is product on the items, will this be moved ahead of time to avoid potential damage?
Bldg 934: The DFAC equipment will be moved into one of the dining rooms temporarily.
Bldg 904: There is no furniture or items in any area where flooring will be laid.
Bldg 906: we will be moving the shelves with the product on them.
Bldg 1092: the plan would be to use part of the large guardmount room (not being carpeted) and free area in some of the existing offices. I would be available to coord'd the relocation of any items in the common areas. Yes, I would communicate with the facility occupants to ensure all personal belongings from their desks are removed based on the schedule of work.
Bldg 1109: We would prefer that the vendor will be able to work in a manner that items could be shifted around the room. If this is not possible, we can work a schedule with the awarded vendor to remove the items.
Bldg 1280: For our main office we can have the furniture shifted from side to side, (if that's acceptable), if not they can move it into our main briefing room.
| Is there room for a "skip" or "disposal bin" outside of the buildings? |
| Bldg 934: There is an area for a skip to be placed. |
Bldg 904: They will need to provide and may place it in parking area behind library - only place to store flooring is in back of building.
Bldg 906: We have room for a skip at the front of the shop.
Bldg 1092: : Yes, there are two locations adjacent to the facility where the skip could be placed.
Bldg 1109: There is room for a skip outside the Bldg.
Bldg 1280: Yes, we have room for skip/disposal bin.
