1. What is the name of the incumbent company or current service provider?
a. This is a new requirement.
2. Can the Government please provide the contract period of the previous contract?
a. What was the Base Period?
b. How many Option Periods existed and what was there time period?
c. If all the Option Periods were not exercised, can the Government please explain why the Government decided not to exercise all the Option Periods?
i. This is a new requirement.
3. When is the forecasted award date?
a. As soon as possible. No exact date established
4. When is the forecasted date of commencement of services?
a. As soon as possible.
5. Have there been any amendments to the contract?
a. This is a new requirement.
6. If so, how many amendments have been issued and for what purposes?
a. N/A
7. Since award what is the total value of the current contract?
a. N/A
8. Is the lease for just a 12-month period?
a. Yes, this is a lease for one 12-month period
9. Can the Government, please consider extended the response date to 6APR19?
a. Yes
10. How soon after award do the vehicles need to be delivered?
a. As soon as possible
11. Please confirm that the “Quantity of Vehicles” required is 12?
a. Quantity is one (1) truck with a 12 month lease
