About this file

This is a Standard Form 30 (SF 30) amendment to a federal solicitation issued by the United States Air Force FA5270 located in APO, AP 96368-5199. The amendment modifies solicitation FA527026QA056, effective September 8, 2026, and reassigns the solicitation number to FA527026QA0560001. The contracting officer is Miyoko Hokama, with Marc Gedeus listed as an additional point of contact.

The primary modification incorporates FAR Clause 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, under Deviation 2026-O0038 (January 2026). The clause establishes that award will be made to the responsible offeror whose conforming offer is most advantageous to the Government, with evaluation based on three factors in the following order of importance: Price, Past Performance, and Technical. The clause specifies that the Government will evaluate options by adding total option prices to the basic requirement price and may determine an offer unacceptable if option prices are significantly unbalanced. The amendment does not extend the hour and date specified for receipt of offers, and offerors must acknowledge receipt of this amendment by one of three methods: completing and returning the amendment form, acknowledging receipt on each copy of their offer, or submitting separate written communication referencing the solicitation and amendment numbers prior to the deadline to avoid rejection.
