Solicitation reflects a performance period of 180 days, to paint 759 units at 2 days each. 180 days includes Sundays and Holidays, as well as Japan government has recently placed many restrictions and regulations on actual work hours that can be performed, to include limited overtime, for employees. The 180 performance period in actuality is only about 140 days, if Saturday work is allowed. Performance period should be extended to 230 days minimum to take into consideration

See revised SOW par. 2.6 & 2.7.

There seem to be calculation errors in the table in paragraph 1.2. The total average painted area should be as follows:

2-BR: 263 units x 472 sqm = 124,136 sqm

3-BR: 402 units x 624 sqm = 250,848 sqm

4-BR: 95 units x 657 sqm = 62,415 sqm

TOTAL: 437,399 sqm

See revised SOW par. 1.2.
