QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS 09 Apr 21 For
Solicitation Number: FA527021Q0020 Wing Stand
1. Is 9.5” correct?
Yes. The inboard platform height should be 9.5” and outboard platform height should be 5’9”. Fix platform heights are acceptable.
2. Is that RFQ stand size correct?
No the stand size was incorrect. The correct measurements are as follows: The wing stand length should be 67’, inboard wing width 28’ and outboard wing width 11’ Please see attached revised Attachment 1 SOW dated 9 Apr 21 and Attachment 2 Layout KC- Wing Stand.
3. We have products that match the requirements specified in the solicitation. However, the manufacturer of the product is neither ISO 9000 compliant nor does have a licensed PE.
Please advise if this is acceptable.
The offer items needs to meet the government’s requirement on the solicitation to be acceptable during the evaluation.
