Attachment 1 – Salient Characteristics Mobile Pressure Washer Trailers 2026
This is a specification document detailing technical requirements for a federal procurement of mobile pressure washer trailers. The requirement is for three new pressure washer trailer units to be delivered to 36 LRS/LGRV Material Control at Andersen Air Force Base, Guam.
The trailers must feature 500-gallon water storage capacity with tubular chassis axles rated for minimum 3,500 lbs each to support full load weight. Pressure washers must operate at 3,500 PSI or higher with hot/cold water capability and simultaneous dual-wand operation capability, delivering a minimum of 4 GPM per wand (8 GPM total). Fuel options include gasoline, diesel, or dual-system refueling. Each trailer must include two water hose reels capable of storing up to 200 feet of heavy-duty non-marking hoses (minimum 100 feet each), plus a separate garden hose reel with 100 feet of hose. Two variable-sized wands and nozzles rated for the pressure washer PSI must be included. Trailers require lockable toolboxes for accessory storage, reinforced trailer tongues rated for 4,500 lbs pull capacity, and any wood components must be coated with bedliner or protective material to prevent deterioration. All units must be fully operational upon delivery with no installation required and include standard manufacturer warranty.
