About this file

This Statement of Work (SOW) details a video surveillance system expansion for the 36th Medical Group at Andersen Air Force Base in Guam. The project requires installing high-definition (1080p or 4K) cameras in buildings 26009, 26012, and 26001, integrating with the existing Symmetry Enterprise Version 8.1 system. Key requirements include a closed network infrastructure, 60-day data storage capability, two monitoring workstations, and comprehensive camera coverage of entrances, exits, corridors, common areas, secured zones, and exterior spaces including parking lots.

The contractor must provide all necessary labor, equipment, and materials, ensuring system components can withstand Guam's climate conditions. Additional obligations include obtaining base access credentials through the Defense Biometric Identification System (DBIDS), complying with base traffic and security regulations, and providing five years of technical support. The project also requires post-installation services such as system testing, commissioning, user training, and a detailed project timeline. All supplied materials must be commercial/industrial quality and made in the U.S., with the contractor responsible for securing materials during adverse weather conditions.
