Attachment 3 - Questions and Answers for Solicitation FA524024QM134

NOTE: This attachment includes inquiries and subsequent Government responses for solicitation FA524024QM134. Government responses herein function as a supplement and will be considered when evaluating offers for technical acceptability. Government responses are formatted in red font and bold.

Question 1: On the description for the tent you mention a number of RJ-45 ports on the voice modulator/sound masking system. On the tent itself you are just asking for power. Are you looking for any other connections into the tent other than power? (RJ-45, USB, etc.)

Answer 1: Yes, the tents will need RJ-45 and USB connections. At least two of each.

Question 2: Both the frame and the tent may not be able to fit in one portable case, is it acceptable if they are in separate cases? If separated, they could be checked with an oversize most likely charged. Are oversized cases for these tents acceptable?

Answer 2: Both oversized cases and more than one case for the system is acceptable. Two cases are acceptable, more than two cases may be deemed unacceptable, Government will need to consider how easily portable system is considering features in the quote beyond two cases (ie case size, wheels, stackability, ease of transport options if any). Please provide as much details in the specifications or any data sheet for the Government to these specifications into consideration in your response.
