Award will then be made to the technically acceptable offer determined to represent the best value to the Government. If only one “Acceptable” offer is received, the Government will attempt to determine price to be fair and reasonable through means other than competition.
b. Award will be made on the initial evaluation of quotes received in response to this RFQ.
Therefore, offerors are cautioned to ensure that initial quotes contain your best terms from a technical and price standpoint. Offerors are further advised that any affirmative response in regard to FAR 52.204-24(d) will be reviewed to determine if award is in the best interest of the Government.
