MEMORANDUM FOR RECORD
FROM: 36 CONS/PKB
SUBJECT: FA524024QM067: Attachment 3 – Response to RFIs The purpose of this Memorandum For Record (MFR) is to provide responses to Requests For Information (RFIs) received in response to the subject solicitation.
Requests For Information:
Q1: Under the delivery terms, offers that exceed 120 calendar days ARO will be deemed unacceptable. Unfortunately, being out here on Guam and the type of packing required for the journey, we would request for 210 days for delivery. Is this acceptable?
A1: 210 Days to deliver is acceptable.
Q2: Under CLIN 0001, Polaris no longer has the White Body panels requested.
A2: If white body panels are no longer provided, Dark Blue or Black is acceptable.
Q3: Under CLIN0001, please provide the custom graphics desired (Logos). We’ll have them created locally and installed and will provide a quote.
A3: Custom graphics logo is the Air Force Security Forces Badge (below). Desired to be on both sides of the vehicle. And the wording “Security Forces” on the back by the tailgate area.
Q4: I’m reaching out to see if it’s possible to replace the Polaris UTVs & ATVs with an equivalent option.
A4: The Part Number is for reference only. If you scroll down on the Requirements List attachment, you will find the Salient Characteristics the ATVs and UTVs need to meet to be deemed acceptable. Please follow the guidance on the Requirements List.
