SITE VISIT INSTRUCTIONS

REQUIREMENT

A one-time pre-proposal site visit is scheduled for Project No. AJJY 21-1002 REPLACE THE

AIRCRAFT FIRE TRAINING FACILITY (AFTF) B3185 at North Ramp, Andersen Air Force

Base (AAFB), Guam. The Government does not intend to hold any additional site visits.

WHAT:

Pre-proposal Site Visit

WHEN:

27 April 2023 @ 0900 CHST (Local)

WHERE:

Consolidated Support Center at Building 22026

(36th Contracting Squadron) Main Conference Room

Andersen AFB, Guam 96929

*Main entrance shares a parking lot with the Andersen AFB Commissary

WHY:

Offerors are urged and expected to inspect the site where work will be performed in accordance with FAR 52.236-27

HOW:

Each offeror is limited to four (4) personnel for the site visit.

Offerors with Base Access

Be sure to send a list via email to the contracting POC's listed below for each personnel attending the site visit. The list must contain each personnel’s LAST, FIRST, and MIDDLE name and their respective position no later than Wednesday 26 April 2023 by 3:00pm (ChST). Be sure to state in the email that attendees currently have base access. Report directly to Building 22026 @ 0900

ChST (Local). All attendees must meet installation access requirements to attend. (Link is provided below).

Offerors without Base Access

Be sure to send a list via email to the contracting POC's listed below for each personnel attending the site visit. The list must contain each personnel’s LAST, FIRST, and MIDDLE name and their respective position no later than Wednesday 26 April 2023 by 3:00pm (ChST). Be sure to state in the email that attendees currently “Do Not” have base access. Attendees needing base access must report to Building 14615 AAFB North Gate Visitors Center at 0830 ChST (Local) on the day of the site visit as they may be sponsored in based on the outcome of their security check.

All attendees must meet installation access requirements to attend (Link is provided below).
