FA524023QA038 – 36 WG/CP Security Preventative Maintenance – Bldg 23028
Questions and Answers:
1. Section 3.1.3.2 of the PWS states the following: "The contractor shall be OEM certified to provide associated maintenance, and spare parts during the warranty period."
Q: I was wondering if the Prime Contractor has to be OEM certified?
A: Prime Contractor has to be OEM certified, yes.
2. Q: Are there any faults currenting on the systems?
A: No faults currently occurring on the systems.
3. Q: If there are faults on the system - can we conduct a site assessment?
A: No site assessment is required at this time.
