About this file
This is a Statement of Work describing requirements for a portable medical storage unit for Headquarters Pacific Air Forces Command Surgeon General's Office. The unit must be a modular, mobile trauma kit designed for rapid deployment in military, disaster relief, and remote healthcare operations, capable of delivering advanced medical care within the critical "golden hour" for life preservation in high-stakes scenarios.
The portable medical storage unit must comply with international quality management standards for medical devices and military-grade specifications including waterproofing, corrosion resistance, and tamper-proof construction. The system shall include core medical machines (portable ventilators, multi-parameter monitors, ultrasound systems, high-rate infusion devices, and blood warmers), supplemental equipment (power station and generator), supportive technology (RFID tracking system and tamper-proof shelving), and integrated surgical stations. The modular design comprises mother cubes and 36 mini cubes, each measuring 15 x 15 x 15 inches for portability and human carrying capacity. The unit must be transportable via air, sea, land, drones, and motor vehicles. Maintenance requirements include routine inspection and calibration of all medical devices, periodic testing of power systems, inspection of the military-grade casing, and regular RFID system updates. Delivery must occur on an accelerated timeline to meet mission-critical requirements, with rapid assembly and disassembly capabilities enabling deployment within minutes. Documentation must include detailed user manuals, maintenance guides, and inventory lists, with compatibility for standard power sources or independent generator operation.
