Interested parties should attempt to answer the following questions while reviewing Attachment 1, Performance Work Statement (PWS). Your company responses are limited to a maximum of 5 single-sided pages with text no less than 10-point font (Arial or Times New Roman) and a minimum of one-inch margins in Microsoft® Word, Adobe® PDF or compatible format. 1. Provide a brief company history highlighting past relevant experience providing minor construction projects, to include associated logistic efforts, subcontracting plans, and foreseen difficulties associated with this effort.

2. Does your company have the capability/experience of performing multi-trade (e.g. electrical, painting, roofing, flooring, HVAC, paving/concrete, sewer/waterline, civil, mechanical, structural, etc.) projects?

3. Does your company have the capability/experience of mobilizing/demobilizing e.g. ramp-up/draw down workforce, material deliveries and logistics, commuting, and equipment?

4. Does your company have the capability/experience of using RSMeans software?

5. Is there a better commercial pricing tool (RSMeans) that could be utilized in this effort?

6. What experience does your company have with tasks involved in the administration and management of Government construction projects e.g. progress schedules, payroll submission, labor compliance checks, pre/post construction conference, government inspections, final contract completion, etc.?

7. How will your company manage projects in geographically separated installations?

8. How do you plan to coordinate administrative tasks with off-site personnel to maintain project schedule?

9. How will your company maintain an adequate Quality Assurance Program aimed to self-correct deficiencies?

10. Does your company believe that a single or multiple awards will satisfy this effort – Why?

11. Is there a disadvantage presented to a small business to compete successfully in this IDIQ effort?

13. The Government is contemplating using a Technical Acceptability w/ Performance Tradeoff for evaluation. What is your opinion on the proposed source selection approach and what would you suggest be an evaluation criteria/discriminator that can help differentiate the best companies?
