QUESTION & ANSWER

Vol. 3 dated 17 Sep 2024

Solicitation No. FA520924Q0078 LRS V-MX Replacement Parts, 374 LRS/LGRVC, Yokota Air Base, Japan

13 Sep 2024 – Chronological Q&A will follow.

Question 1: After consulting with our supplier, it appears that the part number 876688301 may be incorrect, as it contains too many characters. We kindly ask if you could confirm the correct part number at your earliest convenience.

Answer 1: At the initial market research by the Requiring Activity (RA), the RA thought that PN 5132016 of ISOLATOR has been changed to a new PN 876688301. However, after additional research conducted for PN 5132016, it was confirmed that the PN is still valid in the New Holland’s Manufacturer Website. Therefore, the Government will accept PN 5132016 or PN 876688301 of ISOLATOR, or equal.

UPDATED

(17 Sep 2024)

We understand that serial number is equal to “Vehicle Identification number (VIN)”, and also confirmed with the Requiring Activity as follows:

CLIN 0001 (AF Reg#10C00408) - PT110003 CLIN 0002 (AF Reg#11C00248) - PT100006

See continuation page.

Question 3: The discrepancy on the Excel list between model # TS115A and serial # NT01919M, which appears to point to the TS6.110 model instead. Could you kindly provide further clarification on this matter? Your assistance in resolving this would be greatly appreciated.

Answer 3: Model No. NEW HOLLAND TS6.110 is correct as shown on page 2, Standard Form (SF) 30, Solicitation Amendment 0002 dated 9 Sep 2024.
