PWS paragraph 1.5.3.1. states, “The Contractor shall ensure that, as a condition of employment, the contract personnel providing patient care services under this contract meet the requirements of the Crime Control Act of 1990, as amended. This will be accomplished by successfully completing a Criminal Background Check consisting of a Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) fingerprint check and State Criminal History Repository check.

Is there any anticipated training for this position that would require travel and accommodation expenses to be covered by the contractor?

The PWS does not have any mention of the contractor attending TDY events for exercises/training, conferences or meetings. Will the Government confirm if this will be a requirement, and if so, an estimated level of effort (number of events and locations) to support these events.
