No Ref Question Government Response Reference
1 PWS, Para 1.2, Page 2 of 20
For notifications made outside normal hours of operation per Para 1.7.1, we assume that the 24-hour countdown period should begin at the start of the next business day. For example, if the Government makes notification at 1645 on a Friday, then the 24-hour countdown would begin at 0730 hours on the following Monday, and the Contractor would have until 0730 hours on Tuesday to respond.
Is this correct?
the Contractor is required to respond within twenty four (24) hours after notification. Revised PWS
2 PWS, Para 1.7, Page 3 of 20
Reference is made to "emergency calls," but we find no definition of emergency conditions or statement of requirements for contractor response to emergency calls.
Please clarify.
Emergency calls changed to Service Repair Calls. Revised PWS
3 PWS, Para 3.1.3, Page 6 of 20 Do these reporting requirements apply to ordinary use of Government-provided water and electricity?
Water and electricity not required report. Revised PWS
