Questions for Project FTQW 17-1009 Nose Dock 1 Renovation

Q1. Could you please clarify whether this solicitation is a small business set-side with a size standard of $15M?

A1. The Nose Dock 1 project is being solicited on an unrestricted basis (NOT a small business set aside). The size standard for a small business is $15M; however, this is open to any business to submit a qualification package.

Q2. The synopsis on FBO and the synopsis in Attachment 2 (page 2, a.1 and a.2) state different disciplines to be included in the proposal. Which should be go by?

A2. The synopsis in Attachment 2 contains the correct disciplines. The FBO Synopsis will be updated with the addition of the Question & Answer attachment.

Q3. Does the industrial hygienist need to be a certified industrial hygienist (CIH)?

A3. Yes - the industrial hygienist should be certified - a CIH Q4. Could you please clarify whether this solicitation is a small business set-side with a size standard of $15M?

A4. The Nose Dock 1 project is being solicited on an unrestricted basis (NOT a small business set aside). The size standard for a small business is $15M; however, this is open to any business to submit a qualification package.

Q5. Is a completed project one where design is complete or construction of the design is complete?

A5. We are looking for projects that have been completed through construction.
