Q1. Will you take the answers to the questions for the Renovate Permanent Party Dorm Solicitation and turn them into an amendment? Will there be any extension on the due date for the responses?

A1. There will not be a formal amendment as this is not a formal solicitation. There will be no time extension on the due date.

Q2. Qualifications Package Preparation Instructions para iii (page 1 of 2) conflicts with page 5 of 5 in the PPQ regarding how the PPQs should be submitted. Please confirm that you would like the contractor to collect PPQs and submit them with our proposal?

A2. The PPQs are not required to be submitted with the SF330 package. They should be sent in directly from the organization completing the PPQ to the Contract Administrator.

Q3. Would the Government reconsider their response to Q5 in the Response to Questions notice issued Nov 17? The PPQ attached to this RFP is substantially similar to PPQs utilized by other DOD entities such as the USACE and NAVFAC. It would be appreciated if these PPQs can be submitted with the proposal and be considered the equivalent of the PPQ supplied in the RFP. DOD employees are sometimes being contacted 2-3 times to complete PPQ forms on the same project and have expressed concern about the volume of references being sought.

A3. We will accept the PPQs utilized by other DoD entities as long as they are submitted by the Government entity.

Q4. Please confirm that per Q8, assumption 3, in the Response to Questions notice issued Nov 17 that the Government wants 5 additional pages of project descriptions on top of the 5 submitted reference projects in SF 330 Block F?

A4. Per the Evaluation Factors, Section 3d, “SF-330, Block H. In a single page narrative form provide past performance in terms of cost control, quality of work, and compliance with performance schedules for each example project submitted under Specialized Experience and

Technical Competence.” This information is not additional to the information required in Block

F, which includes specialized experience and technical competence in regard to the projects described.

Q5. In response to the answer for Q5, could you please clarify that in addition to the PPQs being sent directly to you by the companies filling them out, they should also be included in our printed SF330 packet that we submit to you?

A5. The PPQs are not required to be submitted with the SF330 package. They should be sent in directly from the organization completing the PPQ to the Contract Administrator.

Q6. On the last page of Attachment 3 – SOW, it shows that the following documents are provided as attachments: a) Eielson AFB Division I Specifications (12 specifications), b) AF Form 66, c) AF Form 103,

d) Map of fire hydrants near B2262, e) Flow data for local fire hydrants, f) B2262 Asbestos Reports, g) B2262 Lead Based Paint Reports, h) B2262 As-Builts. Will these be provided via Amendment?

A6. All documents listed as Attachments to the SOW will be provided to the highest rated firm selected for negotiatios.
