About this file
This Statement of Work (SOW) details the procurement and installation of Pan-Tilt-Zoom cameras for the Eielson Air Force Base dormitory campus. The project requires the installation of 4K dome cameras with zoom and night vision capabilities across 10 different dormitory buildings (2196, 2200, 2202, 2204, 2260, 2262, 2266, 2272, 3116). Each building will receive 12-25 cameras with specific technical requirements including at least 8 megapixels, low light performance, H.265 video compression, weatherproof and vandalproof design, and Power over Ethernet functionality.
The camera system aims to provide full coverage of vital common areas with facial recognition capabilities, supporting facility security and potential legal investigations. Each building will also receive one standalone information gathering system (PC) and storage capability for 90+ days of 4K video. The contractor will handle all aspects of the project, including equipment procurement, installation, testing, and personnel training, with work to be performed during normal business hours (Monday-Friday, 0730-1630) at Eielson Air Force Base in Alaska. No structural modifications to the facilities are required, and the installation is designed to be easily removable without damaging the original infrastructure.
